Discipleship is modeling and teaching Christians the precepts of the Bible mainly: prayer, doctrine, Christian living, and worship. You see a rebellion/resistance among the faith community today not to teach Doctrine which is the foundation of Jesus teaching in the Scriptures. The Church Jesus founded is commanded to teach the "Whole counsel of God." The Bible teaches, Jesus's Disciples are learned Men and Women who know and practice the teachings (Doctrines) of Jesus. (Matthew 7:28)
Come and give Antioch the permission and the privelige of helping you grow into a Disciple of Jesus Christ. You may or may not decide to make Antioch your Church Home but come and allow Antioch’s Disciples to teach you. A Disciple of Jesus Christ is always busy about His Father's Business through the local Church. (Hebrews 10:25)
The three Discipleship Workshops offered at Antioch are: Becoming a Disciple Maker, Reformers Unanimous, and Disciples-Path: the Journey.
The first Workshop is: Becoming a Disciple Maker which is a two stage workshop. Phase One is called "A Call To Joy." Phase Two material is called "A Call To Growth."
The second Workshop is: Reformers Unanimous which meets on Friday nights from 7:00 - 9:00. This is a Christian based recovery program; focusing on changing your bad habits into good spiritual habits based upon the Bible.
Workshop Three: Disciples-Path consists of four thirteen week lessons; this workshop is flexible enough to be taught during the Sunday School hour.
